Hey there, I'm Christoph Sawyer.

As a recent graduate (May 2017) of New Media at SUNY Purchase, I am working at Kurian & Co. / Frame & Display, a custom Picture Framing Studio and Fabricator in Yonkers, NY. When I’m not working, continuing my art practice and researching historic queer photography and queer archives.

This website showcases the work I've been creating as a New Media artist. You'll notice that almost all of the work revolves around the Queer community. My passions as an activist and advocate are LGBTQ issues. It is important to me in my development as an artist to create work that looks at varying and often ignored identities of queer people, in hopes of it furthering acceptance of queer people.
